From Coach Morales….Thank you to everyone that came out to support our football team this past Friday. The team battled throughout the game vs Covina and made a roaring comeback but fell just short losing by 3 points.  A special shout out to Isaiah Espinoza who threw for 360 yards and rushed for 112 while accounting for 6 Touchdowns. Robert Vega had a big game as well with 12 catches for 202 yard and 3 Touchdowns. Nicolas Cardenas provided an all-around big game by catching 2 touchdown receptions, kicking a field goal and making an interception on defense. Lastly, great job by sophomore Dominic Grand for causing two turnovers on defense. Next home game is on October 18th, HOMECOMING! Hope to see you all there.

 

From Coach Lopez….Girls tennis team’s undefeated winning streak came to an end yesterday vs. Rowland. 8-10 loss.  Junior Arianna Audelo, and Freshmen Chloe Wu are still undefeated with a 36-0 record so far! LET’S GO, CAPATIANS!  Come join us for our senior night on October 23rd at 3:15 when we honor our 2 seniors Kristin Sung and Mireya Castillo as we face Rowland and try to finish harder to earn that DUB.

 

From Coach Carly Lee….Varsity Volleyball got there 1st big win for the season against Rowland! With an amazing match the team took the Raiders to 5 games, winning the match in game 5 with a close score of 15-13. Everyone was a vital part of this win last night. ALL of the teams’ efforts finally came together last night with an exceptional performance to win the Raiders on their home court!!   Come out to support your Lady Wildcats while the take on Baldwin park tomorrow at home.  Volleyball ends the season Monday October 14th for our senior night against San Dimas. Come out to honor our 2 seniors captain Demi Davidson and senior Madison Xiong as they make their final appearance on court.
