Wildcats News · Hall of Fame Week In Sports


 

Last week our baseball team started off the week by beating Mountain View with the score of 13-0.  They continued with their week of dominance by beating Sierra Vista 5-3.

 

Our Boy tennis team continued on Tuesday beating California high school 17-1.

 

Boys Golf split the week losing to San Dimas on the road but beating them at home by 20 strokes.

 

Wilson Swimming (Girls) Takes 1st Place in 9 of the 11 Events last week at a  Tri-Meet against Los Altos and Whittier! In 3 of the of those 9 Victories, Wilson was able to sweep 1st & 2nd places!!

Last week Wilson held its first ever Athletics Hall of Fame Banquet.  Thank you all those that helped to make this a fantastic night.  Mr. Brown and the Choir, Mrs. B and the ASB kids, Coach Denee and our Cheer team, Mr. Fessenden, and the Master of Ceremony Mr. Hidalgo, thank you for your commitment to our high school athletics.

 

Today our Badminton team is on the road.  They are heading to Webb high school with game time of 315pm.

 

Tuesday our boys golf team will play their home match at Industry Hills golf course.  Game time is 315pm.  Tuesday our swim team will be competing at Baldwin Park High School with a start time of 315pm.  Boys tennis and softball will be at Rowland on Tuesday and Baseball will be at Charter Oak High School.

On Tuesday at 3pm Academic Senate will be meeting in room D12.  At 330pm there is the Safety committee meeting be held in the Conference room.  Tuesday night our RWMA will have their Pre Festival Concert.  This starts at 6pm and will be held in our gym.

 

Wednesday our badminton team will be home against the Chino Hills Huskies.  Start time for that is 315.

Also at 315 there will be a School Site Council meeting in the media center.  Wednesday night at 7pm Choir will have their Spring Concert and this will be held at St. John Vianney Church.

 

Thursday our track team will have its first home meet of the season.  The Rowland Raiders will be coming to our Dave Merrill stadium with a start time of 315.  Thursday our softball and tennis team will be at Baldwin Park High school.

Dramas One Acts starts Thursday and Friday night at 7pm in the Little Theatre.

 

Friday our softball team will play at home against Montwood High School from Texas.  Please come out and cheer on our girls.

 

Saturday the Division A Science Olympiad Regional Competition will be held at Wilson High.  Color Guard will be in competition also at Arcadia High School.
